Our service is really simple but here are some common questions.

What payments do you accept?

All payments will be processed through PayPal. There you can use your Mastercard, Visa, Discover card, PayPal account and more.

How long does an account stay open?

All three of our pricing plans allow the account to be open 60 days so friends and family have more then enough time to upload their photos. After this time period, uploading is shut off and all photos are burned to a DVD and shipped to the bride and groom.

Can photos that are uploaded be managed?

If you are the bride or groom, at the time of sign up, an email was sent to you with a specific URL client-side management login details. There you can login and delete any photos you do not like.

Can the public see my account and pictures?

No. Each account when order is assigned it's custom URL, username and password so only guest of the wedding can enter, view and upload photos to your account.

How do I tell my guests where to upload the photos?

We design, print and ship you business card size party favor cards with the URL, username and password so they access your account and upload their photos.

When will I get my party favor cards?

Cards are designed and shipped 2 weeks before your wedding. Allow one week for printing and shipping. Contact us for rush orders.

How do I upload photos?

After you have logged into an account, hit the blue "Upload Photos" button. A box will pop up with 3 buttons. Click browse to browse your computer for files you would like to upload and select them. After your files have appeared in the upload queue, hit upload. Hit clear to clear the queue.

How do I upload multiple photos?

To select more than one photo in a folder, hold down the CTRL key while clicking on the photo filenames. To select a range of photos, click the 1st photo of the range, then hold down the SHIFT key and click the last photo of the range.

What types of files can I upload?

You can upload files that end with gif, jpg, jpeg or png.
